Refund policy

At Anjara, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail, and we sincerely hope it brings you complete satisfaction. However, should you wish to return an item, here is what you need to know:

Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy. You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible, your item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, with the original tag still attached, and placed in its dust bag.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
Please note: returns sent without prior request will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Faulty Items

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt.

If the packaging appears damaged, opened or tampered with at delivery, please verify the contents in the presence of the carrier. Should any item be affected, we advise you to refuse the parcel and clearly state the issue on the delivery slip (e.g., "Parcel refused: damaged packaging").

Any damaged items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery. Items returned must be in their original, unused condition.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. Should you require another item, we recommend returning your order for a refund and placing a new purchase separately.

Right of Withdrawal – European Union

In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, with no need to provide justification.
As stated above, returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tags intact and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note: your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
