Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) – Anjara

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “T&Cs”) define the conditions under which Anjara sells its Products to the Customer. They govern the various steps of the sales process from the Customer’s order placement. The Website anjaraparis.com enables ANJARA to offer for sale handbags (the “Products”) to internet users browsing the Site (hereinafter the “Customer”).

1. Company Information

Val Lison SASU, with its registered office at 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, registered with the RCS under number SIRET 938 440 153 00014, VAT N°FR37938440153, operates the online sales website for the Anjara handbag brand.

2. Products

Anjara sells high-end handbags under its own brand, produced in limited quantities.

3. Orders

Orders are firm and final once validated.
The Customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information when placing the order.
The company reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer involved in a dispute regarding payment of a previous order.
Certain geographic areas may be excluded from delivery.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of VAT for France and the European Union.
For international deliveries outside the EU, prices are exclusive of taxes, customs duties, and import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Full payment is required at the time of order.
Accepted payment methods are credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal via the secure Shopify Payments platform.

5. Delivery

Delivery methods offered are Colissimo, Chronopost, and Mondial Relay.

The average delivery time is 3 to 4 days within France and the EU, varying internationally depending on the destination.

Delivery is free to pickup points and home delivery in France, and to pickup points within the European Union, with no minimum purchase, only for standard deliveries.

A tracking number is systematically provided to the Customer upon shipment of the order.

Please note that for pickup point delivery, this option is not available internationally (countries outside the EU).

If you are based in France and opt for pickup point delivery, you must select the pickup point before payment.

If you are based in an EU country (other than France), the pickup point selection is made after payment.

Customs duties and import taxes for orders outside the EU are the full responsibility of the Customer. We recommend checking your local import regulations to avoid surprises.
Anjara is not responsible for any additional fees applied at customs.

We deliver to the UK under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.
This means customs duties and local VAT are not included in the checkout total and may be charged upon delivery by the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with applicable regulations, the Customer has a 14-day period from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Personalized products and promotional items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements on the site (texts, images, designs, logos) are the exclusive property of Val Lison SASU and the Anjara brand.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation in whole or in part without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability

The company cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the Products sold.

The company’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

In case of force majeure, the company shall not be held responsible for non-performance or delay in performance of its obligations.

9. Personal Data

Personal data collected is necessary for processing orders.
They are processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.
The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and object to their data.

10. Dispute Resolution

The Customer is invited to contact customer service at hello@anjaraparis.com for any claim.
In case of unresolved disputes, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Paris, and French law applies.

11. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

The validation and payment of the order imply full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
