  • Shipping Zones
    • We currently ship to France, the European Union, and select international destinations outside the EU, including the United States, Canada, China, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
    • Additional international shipping destinations will be introduced at a later stage.

  • Delivery Methods

    • France: Delivery via Colissimo, Chronopost, or Mondial Relay. Both Standard and Express services are available.
    • European Union: Delivery via Colissimo, Chronopost, or Mondial Relay. Standard option available.
    • Outside the European Union: Delivery via Colissimo.


  • Complimentary Shipping
Standard home delivery is complimentary within mainland France.
Standard delivery to pick-up points is offered free of charge within the European Union.

  • Shipping Times
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days following payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are borne by the customer for the following services and will be clearly communicated at checkout:
– Express delivery within France (fixed rate)
– Standard home delivery within the European Union (fixed rate)
– International shipping outside the EU (fixed rate)

  • Taxes & Duties
    • Taxes and customs duties are not included at checkout for deliveries outside the European Union and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
    • Import duties may apply depending on your country of residence. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations prior to ordering.
    • For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, deliveries are made under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Customs duties and local VAT are not included in the purchase price on anjaraparis.com and may be requested by the carrier upon delivery. We encourage you to refer to local import regulations before placing your order.
